I am certified in Advanced Hypnotherapy, with a special focus on women’s emotional and mental well-being. Trained at one of the world’s leading hypnotherapy institutions, I bring a compassionate and grounded approach to every session.
My education gave me deep insight into the subconscious mind and its role in emotional patterns, self-worth, and personal growth.
In addition to hypnotherapy, I have a longstanding interest in mindfulness, meditation, energy work, breathwork, and somatic-based practices, which continue to deepen my understanding of emotional wellness and self-connection.
How I got here…
My path to hypnotherapy began with a journey back to myslef.
For a long time, I felt disconnected from my true self. The weight of past traumas, anxiety, and a sense of not fully living my purpose kept me from feeling whole.
In searching for healing, I explored many holistic modalities, each one helping me reconnect with parts of myself I had long ignored or forgotten.
But it was hypnotherapy that sparked the deepest shift. That experience awakened something in me, a calling to help others access the same kind of breakthrough.
Today, I support women in reclaiming their truth, helping them come home to their bodies, align with what truly matters, and experience profound, enduring healing.
