2. No Medical or Psychological Advice

We are not a licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or psychologists. Hypnotherapy does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. You should continue to seek care and guidance from your qualified healthcare providers for any medical or psychological concerns.

3. Client Responsibility

You understand that hypnotherapy is a voluntary process and that individual results may vary. Your active participation, openness, and communication are essential for achieving the best possible outcomes.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined at the time of booking.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of your session, as agreed. Inala Within accepts all major credit cards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inala Within and its practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. By booking a session, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inala Within and its practitioners from any such claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during or after sessions—including recordings, scripts, and written content—remain the intellectual property of Inala Within and are intended for your personal use only.

Inala Within reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
